2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter PlayFive, go to the web site at http://www.PlayFive.com and click on the registration link located on the home page. Only online entries through the registration page will be accepted. No faxed, mailed, e-mailed, or phoned in entries are allowed. You must be a registered member of www.PlayFive.com to enter. Registration is free. You can enter in one of the following ways: a) If you are an existing PlayFive member, sign in on the PlayFive home page (http://www.PlayFive.com) with your current username and password. No other additional information will be requested. b) If you are not a PlayFive member, you can register by clicking on the registration link located on the PlayFive home page. You will be asked to provide your name, address, e-mail address and birthday and to select a username and password. After you have registered, you may sign in on the PlayFive home page (http://www.PlayFive.com) with your current username and password.

MINOR POLICY: Users under the age of 18 may not play PlayFive.

After signing in as described above, you will be able to enter any PlayFive game for which you are eligible. Eligible games could include "Public" games which are generally open to all PlayFive members and could also include "Private" games which are generally limited to a particular group of members. Please refer to the website (www.PlayFive.com) for specific instructions on each game.

By registering as a PlayFive user, you give your consent to be automatically enrolled in the PlayFive mailing list. Through this list, you will receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming PlayFive and/or PlayFive affiliate promotions from PlayFive and/or its sponsors. Subsequent to your registration, you may unsubscribe from the PlayFive mailing list. Your consent to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is thereby optional and is not required to in order to be eligible to participate in PlayFive.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS) PER GAME.

E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify PlayFive in writing if the entrant changes his/her e-mail address. By entering the game, the entrant grants permission to PlayFive and the PlayFive sponsors to use their names, photographs, likenesses, voices, prize information and/or biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

3. PRIZE DRAWING(S):

Periodically, PlayFive may offer a "Bonus Game" for which some sort of prize will be awarded to the winner. For each Bonus game, the entrant with the highest score (or lowest score depending on the type of game) will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie (after all tie-breaker criteria have been analyzed), one (1) Bonus Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing within approximately one day from all eligible entries with the highest (or lowest) score. To be eligible for the drawing, your electronically submitted entry must be received before the game "closes" as specified on the website.

All prize drawings will be conducted by PlayFive, c/o AuctionAnything.com, 35 W. Pine St., Suite 227, Orlando, FL 32801. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. To redeem prize(s), winner must send and PlayFive must receive an e-mail from the winner specifying the winner's name, address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of PlayFive, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: If potential winner does not respond to notification within seven (7) days of its transmission, or should an e-mail notification, after up to three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. PlayFive reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend PlayFive should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of PlayFive, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the PlayFive or make PlayFive impracticable to continue. In such event, PlayFive may, in its sole discretion, cancel any ongoing Bonus Games or may award prizes by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension.

Players agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of PlayFive which shall be final and binding in all respects. PlayFive is governed by, and these rules will be construed and interpreted pursuant to, the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

PlayFive is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of PlayFive, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of the prizes.

These rules may be updated and modified at any time as deemed appropriate by PlayFive. Please refer back to these rules on a periodic basis for the latest version of the rules.

5. PRIZE(S); APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING:

Bonus Prize(s) : Approximate retail value generally ranges from $25 - $250.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize(s), as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in PlayFive (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after being sent will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Employees or agents of PlayFive, any Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are eligible to play but are ineligible to win Bonus Game Prizes (Bonus Prizes). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Bonus Prize winners shall be ineligible to win another bonus prize for 90 days after their win.

7. CONDUCT: The Official Rules will be posted at the contest web site throughout the contest. PlayFive reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. PlayFive reserves the right to lock out an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter the contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF PLAYFIVE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PLAYFIVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither PlayFive nor Sponsors are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. PlayFive's judgment regarding all scoring matters is deemed final at the time PlayFive calculates such scores and shall not be subject to any retroactive scoring changes. PlayFive and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Neither PlayFive nor Sponsors are responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest.
